Love this app!

Love it Great company with an incredible customer service!

App is really easy to use, search and filtering work really well. Only think that I would add is to be able to filter while on your favorites.

I wouldve give it 5 stars but at some point I just couldnt log in anymore. It says there is a problem with my email/password even though I sign in via web site and my login information works fine.

Poor service for sellers. They accepted a return past the deadline. The funds were already released to me and transferred when they went in and debted my actual bank account without permission or warning. Also, the app consistently doesnt work, making it impossible to edit list prices and information. Very frustrating. Do not trust them as a seller! Much better service and experience with Poshmark.

I just logged in to my account to change my review !!!! Been their seller for 2 years now and the first 1 year they were working very honest as a company because we all know they were beginners thats why ... Now, they started doing dirty business with sellers... I referred many people to use Tradesy but I AM CHANGING MY REVIEW PEOPLE ! Extremely DISAPPOINTED! Sold designer shoes wrote all the description accurate they closed the escrow and now after closing the escrow they accessed my account and took the money back just because the "buyer" thinks my listing WASNT Accurate and the strap part wasnt fitting properly on her 6.5 toe. How am I suppose to guess what shape of toe each person has so I will write the possible fitting issues ???? Please explain ! So my last word is please try to use different apps! They are not honest and so as the representatives who try to help the costumer who calls to ask what happened ! Bigggg ATTITUDE FROM most MOST OF THEIR TEAM! mcenzie, Kyra, etc... I can list many many many more names !!!! Updating my review after one month ! Yes definitely this company is not being loyal to its costumers and sellers . Whatever they have on their policy is not true . Even when you represent your item correct anyways they return it to you and they try to find a very minor reason to mark the sellers item misrepresented so they can return it to you . Very upsetting ! Tradesy used to be a better company ! Extremely disappointed ! 2-4-2017 This app is not working anymore !!!! Instead of making it a better functioning app it just does not give h enough options and it is marking my product with the price they want . I dont even have the option to price my item with this app .

I really enjoy shopping on Tradsey (maybe a little too much). The app is easy to use. I do have one suggestion. I would like the option within the app to view my account and see my payments and balance whenever. I pay my account early, but the only way to view my account is to go through the motions of making a payment, getting an access code, type in the code and view the balance. All to just check the balance. This should be easier...and beside the balance, I would like to see the payments/dates made on the purchase. Hope to see these options to the Tradesy app soon. Thank you!

I am new to the app but I love how easy it is to list. I love that they give you a suggested price to sell at paced on retail price and condition. I also love that users are higher end clientele.

In my opinion this is the number one selling app for womens clothing available.

Excellent site for buying exactly what you want when you want it! Im a seller on the site and prefer it to ebay because the shoppers on Tradesy are serious! INSIDER TIP: see something you like but its priced out of your price range? send a private email to the seller with your offer, most are happy to work with you!

Absolutely fantastic shopping app! Its easy to use & has loads of options. Customer service is very helpful & always quick to respond! Im a lifetime user.

Ive been selling online for years now. After about 3 weeks on the site, Ive just now gotten my first love out of around 20 items. I wrote them a message asking a question about returns FOUR DAYS AGO. I have absolutely no activity, and I sell very sought-after brands. I have to say, Im more than disappointed so far. OH! AND they also dropped my prices for a sale over the weekend! What?!?! If Id have known they were going to drop my set prices Id have never joined. Im also under the impression they allow returns if items dont fit/customers dont like item. There are waaaaay too many scammers out there; Ive seen some pretty hardcore scamming, and this seems like the perfect outlet for them. eBay and Poshmark are going to remain my tops!

If youre looking for super high end items, this is probably the app for you. Otherwise, its hard finding affordable items unless you use the search tool -- they like to push the $$$ items on the homepage. Their search function is also really frustrating, where you cant narrow down size if you search for a specific brand. As a seller, their fees are also pretty high. The only pro to using Tradesy IMO is their free returns, not that Ive used it. Overall, Tradesy is just really frustrating to use because the interface is awkward and its hard finding new items or clothes unless youre looking for very high end items.
