I didnt want to give any stars being as though they sell fake products and outlet products,such a shame when u think that you are getting authentic merchandise Who is behind this app anyone could sell on here

This is a great app for buying and selling. Many get things. Two major problems that interfere with selling: 1) app crashes a lot (A LOT) when uploading more than one pic 2) app crops pictures and cuts off top and bottom parts of items

I have no complaints about this app. I have tried many others and end up returning to Tradesy. Though recently they have increased there selling fee to 15%, it is still less than half the selling websites out there. It is really nice that when I have had an issue, you can call a actual person in California and not email if there is an issue. Only to get an automated reply.

happy so far but Im not sure how to get my items featured more and also they just recently increase their commission

Made my first purchase on Tradesy and returned one of my items. That process worked well. The problem I have is the app constantly says "down for maintenance, check back later". I have also tried to reset my password several times and have yet to receive an email to do so (yes I checked my spam folder). So I have a credit, items I want to purchase and cant access the site. Have emailed customer service again and am still waiting for a reply. I find that other/ similar sites are much more user friendly.

I ONLY order luxury items from TRADESY....they are reliable and trustworthy. Everything that is sold as authentic IS authentic.

Wish the site was more interactive for the seller. For them to be able to share their items in order to get their closet seen more, instead of just sitting there hoping for someone to search for an item they might have.

I just started this app and am doing pretty well,I think Im going to end up loving this place and finally an app that you can reach live coustomer service thank God..

I use this only for womens shoes clothes and jewelry - its great. Easy to figure out, lots of shipping options too.

Hello Tradesy family, I just wanted to say, "Thank You Tradesy!" Ive been using your App for 3 plus years now. I love shopping on here as well as selling. I just purchased a wool cape, I cant wait to receive. Every purchase Ive made, I absolutely love! This App is the best selling app out there. Believe me, I know. As a seller of vintage bags, I was on almost every app out there. Poshmark, Threadflip, Etsy, EBay etc. Ive been on them all, however not one even comes close to the professional experience Ive received at Tradesy. Stellar service indeed! Thats why I only sell my vintage bags on this site! I love it so much I attached the Tradesy link to my web site, TheLouieGirl.com and my items can only be purchased from this site through my web site. On all of the apps Ive previously sold from, Not one has a contact number. You can not personally speak with anyone to assist you, if there are any problems you send emails and cross your fingers that they will get back too you in a timely manner. Which is usually 2-3 days if your lucky. And dont even get me started on returns. The hassle is endless. But NOT WITH TRADESY! TRADESY IS AMAZING! They are so helpful and treat you with kindness & respect. Truly refreshing really. Tradesy employees are fast to solve any issues you may have. I personally give this site 10 stars! You will never regret buying anything on this site. Tradesy has an open book policy on returns. If your not happy, theyre not happy, and thats a hard too compete with. Tradesy service is like no other app out there. Tradesy is the true innovator of buying and selling quality products. If you want a great deal, quality products and professional service, then shop on Tradesy! Tradesy in my opinion is the number one app out there! Cant beat the prices and stellar service! I can not say enough good things about this site. Im grateful to have a platform too sell my vintage bags from! Its simple to use and a fun way to switch up my wardrobe

Crashes a lot and doesnt allow me to update or adjust pricing on edit page. Screen freezes.
